Every laptop at X1 Smart undergoes 33+ quality checks by experts to ensure prolonged quality assurance.
What warranty options are available for laptops?
Leased laptops include a one-year X1 warranty unless the product specifies 30 days, starting on the invoice date. Hardware and charger failures are covered; physical damage is excluded. Battery coverage applies below one hour during normal browsing or video playback at moderate brightness. New laptops carry the manufacturer warranty specified on the product page. Contact X1 first.
Customer pays courier to X1; X1 pays shipping back. Read the warranty policy.
Is there a replacement policy for the laptops?
For leased laptops only: report damage or defects within 15 calendar days of delivery and contact X1 before sending the laptop. After inspection, X1 will first repair or replace with the same model; an alternative is offered only if that model is unavailable. Dissatisfaction or change of mind is not eligible. No refunds. New laptops have no return or exchange option; contact X1 first for guidance.
The customer pays courier charges to X1; X1 pays courier charges when sending the laptop back. Customer-paid courier charges are not reimbursed.
How does the Coffee Time Warranty work?
Minor in-store repairs can often be completed within 20 minutes, subject to inspection and parts availability.
For laptops sent to X1, we generally dispatch the laptop back within 24 working hours of receipt for minor issues. Major repairs typically take 4–7 working days, and some cases may take longer.
These estimates cover servicing and dispatch; courier transit time is additional.
What is the difference between refurbished, renewed, and leased laptops?
"Refurbished" laptops are previously owned devices that are repaired, tested, and restored to like-new condition.
"Renewed" laptops are also pre-owned and repaired but may not meet the same stringent standards as refurbished ones.
"Leased" laptops are rented out for a period and then sold as used, with varying degrees of quality based on their usage and any refurbishment done post-lease.
