Once shipped, you’ll get a tracking number via email to follow your package. Currently, we ship all over India only. We do not offer international shipping. Courier charges for returns, replacements and warranty claims
For an approved return, replacement or warranty claim, the customer bears the courier charge from their location to X1. X1 bears the courier charge when sending the repaired or replacement laptop back to the customer. Customer-paid courier charges are not reimbursed.
