Return Policy:

You can return items within 15 days of delivery if they are unused, in original condition, and in original packaging. To initiate a return, contact our support team with proof of purchase. Once we receive and inspect the item, we will process a refund to your original payment method. Return shipping costs may apply unless the item is defective.

Replacement Policy:

If your item arrives damaged or defective, we offer a replacement. Contact us within 15 days of delivery with proof of the issue. We will arrange a replacement shipment at no extra cost. If the item is out of stock, we will offer an equivalent product or a full refund.
